Online Marketing Promotion: 12 months… a dunce no more!
ByWhat a difference a year makes! I am hardly the type of guy to do alot of reminiscing but all that has changed. Its been almost a year since I started to take the internet marketing plunge. Yup…almost a year since I said, “what the hell” and went for it. I thought last year that now was as good as time as ever to “fire” my boss and live my dreams. Now… I am still working for my boss, but I can feel my dream coming closer to reality. I am very thankful for my present job, but there is nothing like experiencing the freedom to set your own schedule and have your business working for you. I have a few friends who are self employed and they have nothing but good things to say about having their own businesses and setting their own schedule. I can’t wait to experience this! What about you? If its not your goal to work for “you” then why are you doing this?
I am not much for living in the past, but when I look back I am mighty proud!!! There are many things I thought, I would never know how to do and now I can do!!! One of the things that was intriguing to me was downloading a pdf for a free ebook. I never could visualize the process and now I know how to do it, thanks to Dean Holland. I have to thank Dean for that because I probably would have been lost in space and wondering how to do this forever. I also know how to design my own squeeze page including working within html. I can’t believe it. I remember when my friend had to teach me how to copy and paste a document. I have come a long way in my computer career. I plan to do much more.
For now, I am going to continue building my lists and in turn, building my business. I have a target and I am going to hit it and according to Alex Jeffreys that is the way to be successful. For the past month, I have been a little impatient but when I look back on it everything happens in due time. I didn’t get here yesterday and I won’t get there tomorrow but I WILL GET THERE. Keep reading this blog and watch me do something big!!!!

Isn’t it amazing what we have learned since Starting With Marketing? (I see Dean is doing an awesome job, too!)
Just simple little tweaks and things that we didn’t even know existed before are making out blogs more and more attractive and our lists are getting bigger and bigger!
I have posted a couple of blog building things over on my blog, too! Trying to help out the newbie a bit.
I really believe you will do “something big”!!
So many people just give up and there are just a few of us around from the first SWM course.
