Online Marketing Promotion: The Super Affiliate Handbook
By · CommentsI am fired up about ClickBank after making my first sale! I told everyone about my first sale and my first celebration, and then it hit me. I don’t know that much about affiliate selling other than from Alex Jeffrey’s triple threat affiliate classes. How could I build upon the knowledge I got from Alex’s class? What could I do? Well, I happened to come across Garry Parkes blog a while back, and I found the answer. Garry is Alex Jeffreys’ right hand man and often has some great input to Alex’s teachings. I happened to visit Garry’s blog and it hit me like a ton of bricks. Garry always posts some recommended reading for Internet Marketers on his blog. The book he recommended at the time was “The Super Affiliate Handbook” by Rosalind Gardner. I had seen this book on several occasions back when I was “dabbing” in online marketing. It never occurred to me that maybe I should read it. Isn’t it funny, how things come around sometimes? Well, I decided to buy a copy and it has opened my eyes to all types of possibilities on making money through affiliate marketing.
The Super Affiliate Handbook, was written by Rosalind Gardner. Rosalind was an air traffic controller and hated her job. Sound familiar? She wanted to have more free time, so she became an affiliate for a dating site and quickly started to make money. She then started to become an affiliate for other products and before she knew it she was making 400k selling other peoples products! Sounds easy, huh? Well, it isn’t that easy and this book does a great job of laying the foundation to affiliate marketing success. If you want to be a successful affiliate marketer this is a “must” read. Online Marketing Promotion: 12 months… a dunce no more!
By · CommentsWhat a difference a year makes! I am hardly the type of guy to do alot of reminiscing but all that has changed. Its been almost a year since I started to take the internet marketing plunge. Yup…almost a year since I said, “what the hell” and went for it. I thought last year that now was as good as time as ever to “fire” my boss and live my dreams. Now… I am still working for my boss, but I can feel my dream coming closer to reality. I am very thankful for my present job, but there is nothing like experiencing the freedom to set your own schedule and have your business working for you. I have a few friends who are self employed and they have nothing but good things to say about having their own businesses and setting their own schedule. I can’t wait to experience this! What about you? If its not your goal to work for “you” then why are you doing this?
I am not much for living in the past, but when I look back I am mighty proud!!! There are many things I thought, I would never know how to do and now I can do!!! One of the things that was intriguing to me was downloading a pdf for a free ebook. I never could visualize the process and now I know how to do it, thanks to Dean Holland. I have to thank Dean for that because I probably would have been lost in space and wondering how to do this forever. I also know how to design my own squeeze page including working within html. I can’t believe it. I remember when my friend had to teach me how to copy and paste a document. I have come a long way in my computer career. I plan to do much more.
For now, I am going to continue building my lists and in turn, building my business. I have a target and I am going to hit it and according to Alex Jeffreys that is the way to be successful. For the past month, I have been a little impatient but when I look back on it everything happens in due time. I didn’t get here yesterday and I won’t get there tomorrow but I WILL GET THERE. Keep reading this blog and watch me do something big!!!!

I am finding it hard to juggle all the balls I have in my hands, but I am going to do it. I told you on my last post I have been working on a video series and will be uploading it into Traffic Geyser. Recently, I have been researching new ways to drive traffic to my blog and to build my list. These are very important things to the success of any website or blog. So, what is out there that can help you with this? I have been attending Alex Jeffrey’s Marketing With You academy and reviewing the modules. AJ as I like to call him, is great at delivering top notch content and you learn so much through attending the marketing class. I can’t tell you how many tips and “little” things I have picked up in these modules that I have implemented and gotten results.
