ByI was on vacation and got a chance to visit upstate New York for the first time last week. It is a beautiful area by the way, if you ever want to visit. While I was in NY, I attended my sister’s graduation from nursing school. I am very proud of her because I know what she has gone through to become a nurse. I envy the money she is making, but what I don’t envy is the time and effort she had to put into achieving her goal. Can you imagine studying intensely for two years and having to maintain a certain grade point average to graduate? She did it for two years and I picked up one of her textbooks and got totally confused in 5 minutes. I thought I was reading Chinese! I could tell from one glimpse of her textbook time and effort had to go into being a nurse.
Speaking of time and effort
